Yes, we offer a one-time size exchange to ensure you are happy with your ring. The policy is as follows:
If the size is incorrect after using our official tool: Should you use our professional sizer tool and the ring you receive still does not fit, we will provide a free exchange and cover all round-trip shipping costs.
For all other cases: If the size is incorrect for other reasons (e.g., you selected a size without using our tool), you will be responsible for shipping the ring back to us and will be charged a $20 USD exchange processing fee.

No, a membership is not required. You can use our ring without any subscription fees. However, we do offer a premium AI pass called "Super Mini." Every new purchase of our ring comes with a free one-month trial of Super Mini.

The smart ring alone lasts 5–7 days on a full charge.
With the charging case, which can recharge the ring 2 full times, you get a total battery life of up to 15–21 days without needing a power outlet.

We introduce the real-time EnerQi score—our unique "second-generation readiness" metric—to give you a dynamic look at your energy levels throughout the day. For optimal performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the Omni Health Ring on the index finger. This finger is typically chosen due to its stronger arterial blood flow, which can enhance measurement accuracy. However, the Omni Health Ring provides consistent accuracy whether worn on the index, middle, or ring finger.

Engraving will be available starting August 15.
Customers who wish to personalize their ring can purchase the engraving add-on for $19 at checkout.

• Engraved rings will ship approximately 1 week later than non-engraved rings.
• Because engraving is custom-made, engraved rings are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange unless there is a quality issue.
