We currently ship to the following regions:


Free Shipping Regions: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Regions with $15 Shipping Fee: India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Egypt.

Shipping is free to the specified free shipping regions, while a flat fee of $15 applies to the other regions listed.



Important Notice:

  • You may be required to pay additional taxes, customs duties, or other fees depending on your location. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping fee.
  • We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.

 

How soon can I get my package(s)?

 

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. For specific shipping times, please refer to the table below.


For "Don't know my size" orders, you can use the OmniHealth app to measure your ring size online. To learn how to use the app for sizing, simply search for “Measure Ring Size” within the app interface. Alternatively, you can contact customer support at: support@omnihealth.ai.

 

For customers who choose the engraving service, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm both your ring size and engraving details. Please note that the engraving process takes approximately 7 additional business days after confirmation before your smart ring is shipped.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?


Please note: For customers who choose the engraving service, if you need to change the shipping address for your OmniHealth Ring, please make sure to complete the address update before the engraving process begins.

For customers in the US, you can update your delivery address if the new address is in the same state. However, some states allow local governments to impose additional general or selective sales taxes. If your local government does this, meaning that the new address you want to change to is in a city where the tax rate is different from your original address, we may not be able to change the address on your order.

Currently, it is not possible to update an address from one country to another. If you need to ship your order to a different country, please contact our team for assistance in canceling the original order and placing a new one. We will be happy to help you.

For orders that have already been shipped:

Please contact the shipping carrier directly. To find out which carrier was assigned to your order, refer to the order confirmation email you received after purchase.

You can find the carrier name and tracking number just below your order number in the email. Clicking the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website. Alternatively, you can click the link below to log into your account and check the real-time shipping status of your order.

Where Does My OmniHealth Ring Ship From?

Orders to the US are shipped from either the US or Hong Kong. All other orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to decide where to ship the from, and we may change the place(s) from time to time.



What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received?

Packages may be delivered to your front door or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can check with the courier company using your tracking number. If possible, please check and provide us with any supporting photo or other documents you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.
